Transmission Instructions
Turn off the telephone if possible and get settled in a comfortable place where you can be undisturbed for a while. Have the names of the situations with you. In making the Reiki transmissions it is very important to keep in our awareness that we are not in any way attempting to create a specific result. We are simply putting energy into a disturbing or critical situation and allowing the divine light of Reiki to bring about whatever outcome is for the highest good. The easiest way to let go of ideas and desires regarding the outcome of a situation is to tune into our heart energy of unconditional love and acceptance.
Put your hands over your heart and allow your attention to rest there until you feel totally peaceful and connected with this energy.
Now, begin to make the Reiki transmission. Imagine a ball of light in front of you or on your lap, whatever is most comfortable to you, and direct your hands toward it. The hands can be in any position that is comfortable, providing they are putting Reiki directly into the ball of light.
Now imagine that the ball of light contains the situation and three times say, mentally, This is the situation of for the highest good, repeating the name of the situation exactly as it was on the Situations page. Wait for a moment, and then affirm three times, This energy is to be received at the best time for the highest good. Now that you are connected to the situation, stay focused and allow Reiki to flow through you into the situation. To help your concentration and focus you can mentally repeat, if you like, Reiki is healing this situation for the highest good of all or repeat the name of the situation.
Do not attempt to affirm any specific results. Just send Reiki knowing that the outcome will be in divine order. If you have Reiki II, connect with the situation in the usual way before making the transmission. When the energy transmissions are completed, we like to take a moment to give thanks to be of service. Rub your hands together to break the transmission.
We suggest you spend 15 minutes daily on one situation. When working on multiple situations, please transmit to each separately for a minimum of 10 minutes each.
